3. Our MLS listings contain up to 12 full color photos of your home & its amenities
4. We market and advertise your home in The Real Estate Book and its website along with other print and online sources.
5. We provide all signage for your property and roads nearby
6. You will receive full color flyers highlighting your property features
7. We offer financing to potential Buyers and insure that all Buyers are qualified
8. BEFORE SALE: We review, in depth, all negotiations, paper work, disclosures, contracts, and counteroffers with you
9. IN CONTRACT: We coordinate all transactions including inspections, appraisals, escrows, and special requests
10. CLOSE OF ESCROW: We track all transactions to help your escrow close in a timely manner and handle all negotiations specifically to your wishes
